RESPONSIBILITIES
This position comes with responsibility for innovation and genuine care of our company's most valuable commodity, our guests. Fielding guests' feedback and working with team members to address appropriately while seeking opportunities for improvement at future visits will require many skills including but not limited to exceptional time management and strong organizational skills. - Support fellow managers with ideas, implementation of new processes, feedback from guests and personal observations, and relevant reporting.
- Appropriately document guest files in a timely fashion so that a team member might better serve the guest at future visits.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years of customer service experience
- A passionate desire for great customer service and good moral compass
- An extreme ability to keep organized
- Strong social skills and writing skills
- Ability to empathize but also have confrontational conversations
- Instill a hospitality culture to the automotive industry
