Responsibilities
- Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when answering calls and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Create and maintain Excel documents
- Update and input Salesforce data
- Serve as a coordinator between departments
- Provide updates and daily communication with corpate accounts. .
Experience
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in an administrative or assistant role and demonstrate proficiency in the required skills. They should also have a strong background in customer service via email, phone, or face-to-face.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
