We are seeking a sales consultant to advise our leadership team on an optimized structure and process for our sales organization. Our sales organization manages our partnerships with hospitals, physician practices, skilled nursing facilities and senior living facilities.

Location Requirement
We are only considering local candidates in DC Metro area. Consulting is done in person and not via Zoom.

We are seeking proven expertise in:

  • Improving field sales productivity
  • Compensation plan structure
  • Inside/field sales process
  • Selection and use of appropriate CRM tools
  • Mentoring sales directors and the sales team

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $73,910.00 - $81,507.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
