We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to handle outbound calls effectively.
We are also going to teach the person how to be a basic technician for the repairs we do. In this job, if you do more, you will earn more because we are going to pay per hour plus commissions for repairs and sales.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Handle client services with professionalism and courtesy.
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records.
- Communicate effectively in English; bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while interacting with clients.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Identify sales opportunities during customer interactions.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service or office environment is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly.
- Proficiency in data entry and basic computer applications.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Outbound calling experience is an advantage.

Pay: $11.99 - $16.50 per hour
