Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate tracking of materials, and optimizing supply chain processes. This position requires strong analytical skills and familiarity with logistics and production planning to support our operational goals effectively.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels, orders, and shipments.
• Utilize analytics tools such as Power BI for data visualization to generate reports on inventory trends and performance.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate shipping and receiving activities, ensuring timely delivery of materials.
• Assist in production planning by forecasting inventory needs based on sales trends and market analysis.
• Conduct regular audits of inventory to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure contract compliance and optimal supply chain management.
• Utilize Nielsen data to analyze market trends that impact inventory levels and product availability.

Experience

• Proven experience in inventory management or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with materials handling procedures and best practices in logistics is essential.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, particularly Power BI, is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
