General Summary:
Flambeau is a privately held, award winning Plastics News Top 100 Molder offering custom (contract manufacturing) and proprietary injection and blow molded products and services via a global manufacturing footprint. Celebrating our 75th Anniversary, we are proud to service industry-leading OEMs across a wide range of market segments.
This is a hybrid/remote role in Midwest region of United States. Will consider applicants located in Midwest and Upper East Coast.
Essential Duties:
· Responsible for profitable growth through management of assigned Key Accounts and development of new business for all facilities in United States and Mexico.
· Focused on Flambeau’s Contract Manufacturing within the Industrial and Fluids Segments.
· Ideal candidate will be a self-starter and have a strong attention to detail in order to stay engaged with customers.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key sourcing influencers at existing and prospective customers.
· Have strong organizational, strategical sales and negotiation skills when interacting with customer base and prospective customers.
· Identify and pursue new business and emerging business segments that fit within Flambeau’s core competencies.
· Manage assigned key Accounts thru consistent engagement, including in-person visits and plant tour visits to Flambeau’s facilities.
· Schedule annual Business Review meetings with Key Customer Accounts and monitor Customer Score Cards regularly.
· Develop and execute account strategies to optimize relationships, revenue and profit.
· Interact with internal cross-functional team members at various plants to ensure timely and accurate execution of new programs.
· Report weekly activities with Director of Sales and attend weekly/monthly review meetings to discuss or adjust accordingly.
· Become adept with our manufacturing capabilities and services, and promote and secure business for all NA and MX facilities.
