What will you do in this role?

• Completes all maintenance work orders as assigned; work may include constructing, maintaining, modifying, troubleshooting, repairing, replacing, etc. physical plant and property
• Completes Preventative Maintenance Program Work Orders
• Maintains inventory controls for cost effective operations
• Monitors and maintains all building systems as assigned
• Able to operate man lifts; forklift; or similar equipment as needed
• Perform grounds work including picking up trash, sweeping, and painting
• Must be available for snow removal as needed
• Completes special projects and performs all other related duties as assigned
  
  

What does it take to be successful in this role?

• High school diploma/GED or accreditation from a technical school or applicable trades program.
• 0-2 Years of relevant experience as a facilities maintenance technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Able to read, write, and follow standard operating procedures
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Basic math skills including reading a ruler to measure fractions of an inch
• Driver’s License, Hydraulic and Hoisting License
