What will you do in this role?
- Completes all maintenance work orders as assigned; work may include constructing, maintaining, modifying, troubleshooting, repairing, replacing, etc. physical plant and property
- Completes Preventative Maintenance Program Work Orders
- Maintains inventory controls for cost effective operations
- Monitors and maintains all building systems as assigned
- Able to operate man lifts; forklift; or similar equipment as needed
- Perform grounds work including picking up trash, sweeping, and painting
- Must be available for snow removal as needed
- Completes special projects and performs all other related duties as assigned
- High school diploma/GED or accreditation from a technical school or applicable trades program.
- 0-2 Years of relevant experience as a facilities maintenance technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Able to read, write, and follow standard operating procedures
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Basic math skills including reading a ruler to measure fractions of an inch
- Driver’s License, Hydraulic and Hoisting License
