We are seeking a Wellness Nurse (LPN or RN) for our assisted living and memory support community in Westfield, Massachusetts. This role involves assisting the Resident Care Director in managing a comprehensive care program and training Resident Care Associates.

Available Shifts: Part Time: mid-day coverage
