Job Summary
Working as a Director of Dining Services at Compass Group USA in Delafield, WI, provides an outstanding opportunity to lead a premier dining program. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain outstanding relationships with customers, guests, clients, and other departments
- Collaborate with the Chef and management team to build menus and deliver top-quality food
- Coordinate all P&L and budgeting for the account
- Successfully execute new culinary programs to ensure detailed operations
Preferred Qualifications:
- BS in Hospitality or Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Three to five years of foodservice operation experience
- High volume production and catering experience is critical
- Validated experience handling a budget
- Desire to learn and grow with an outstanding foodservice company
