Overview
We are currently seeking a part time boys and girls recreational coach who is able to work during the week from 4:00-8:30. Must be willing to coach boys, girls and/or tumbling classes.
Monday Afternoons
Wednesday Afternoons
Thursday Afternoons
Saturday Mornings (9:00-1:00pm)
Responsibilities
- Reliable and ready to teach a great class.
- Develop and critique basic gymnastics skills.
- Provide guidance and support.
- Monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.
- Foster a safe environment by enforcing safety protocols during all activities.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding performance and development.
Skills
- Experience is preferred but not required. We are looking for coaches who are excited about gymnastics and love to be around kids.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey instructions and feedback.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive team environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
