A minimum of three years’ experience in assisting the PM in overseeing all phases of construction, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget (multifamily experience a plus).
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or in a related field will be considered.
Site manager coordination experience and knowledge of construction procedures, building codes, scheduling, estimating and safety procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team management and collaboration.
Demonstrated ability to monitor projects closely, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Adept at handling a variety of office tasks essential for supporting the Project Manager.
