Well, we have great news for you! Flour Bakery is now hiring a Seasonal full time seasonal fulfillment team member to be based out of our production kitchen in the Seaport of Boston!
This position is temporary and ends at December 31st.
We are seeking self-motivated people who thrive working in a fun and positive environment. You’ll be organizing, receiving, preparing and shipping orders, all while maintaining a strong sense of internal hospitality to all the staff you encounter throughout the day.
Day-to-Day Performance Expectations :
- Accurately filling and properly labeling retail bags and baking kits with products for sale at cafes and online.
- Holiday food product preparation and packaging
- Packaging products to be shipped
- Maintaining a par on packaged shipped products
- Preparing packages for mailing with goods to be shipped weekly
- Preparing labels for shipments
- Counting inventory pars in the freezer daily for eCommerce
- Maintain the Flour standard of quality (MOM test) for all items produced
- Maintain the organization and sanitation standards of the Flour kitchen
- Maintain and help replenish packaging supplies and ingredients
- Assist the logistics and delivery team with receiving vendor order and loading vehicles for delivery

Compensation :
The starting wage for this position is $17-$19 per hour ($17 per hour a shared percentage of the sales known as the BOH appreciation, which on average adds around $2 per hour)
