The purpose of this position is to oversee and direct
the performance of all field construction activities for
assigned craft in conformance with plans,
specifications, schedules, and cost estimates.
This position requires a working knowledge and
background of assigned work, the ability to
appreciate and resolve complex situations with
assistance, and see actions as a series of steps.
• Must be able to lead a team of Electrical technicians
while making critical decisions on a daily basis.
• Must be engaged with customers, engineers,
project managers and tradesmen at all times to
ensure all critical work is performed without
interruption of service to all equipment.
• Attend Fluor and customer based meetings daily to
ensure continuity throughout all vested parties.
• Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-
Basic Job Requirements :
• Ability to work after hours, weekends, public
holidays and possible shift work to ensure 24 hour
Electrical coverage to facility.
• Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance
functions.
• Able to prioritize and schedule Corrective and
Preventive Maintenance tasks within Fluors multishift
Electrical department.
• Must be able to lead team of Electrical Technicians to
ensure all critical equipment are maintained properly
while being in constant communication with vendors,
contractors, procurement, logistics and Facilities
Operations Team.
• Complying with service standards, work
instructions and customers' requirements.
• Must be able to plan and execute trades to ensure
they work in a safe manner utilizing all required PPE,
site safety plans and safe work practices at all times.
• Duties include; inspects field work performed;
plans and estimates maintenance and repair work;
maintains records of work order requests and
completion.
• Other duties as assigned.
Salary Range: $45.00/hour to $54.00/hour Fringe Rate of $4.98/hour
#Intel• Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and five (5) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to nine (9) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
• Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner• Proficient in Word and Excel spreadsheet
• Required to learn and demonstrate proficiency in
Workflow, SCADA and EMCS systems• Facilities Electrical Lead typically requires 3-5 years
experience in the related area as an individual
contributor. Thorough knowledge of functional area
and department processes. High School diploma or
GED
• Must have an active TS/SCI Security Clearance with CI
Polygraph
• U.S. Citizen with valid driver’s license
