Position Summary: 
FlyUSA is seeking an exceptional Private Jet Charter Broker to serve as the primary point of contact for our VIP and high-net-worth clients, delivering tailor-made experiences. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring every detail of their trip with us is executed with precision. We are looking for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and possess a passion for building relationships in the luxury sector. Location: Tampa Bay Metro / Clearwater, Florida 


Core Responsibilities: 

  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients, building long-term, trust-based relationships. 

  • Charter Coordination: Respond to inbound charter requests, source aircraft, and ensure each flight is tailored to the client’s specific needs and preferences. 

  • Proactive Sales: Build and nurture your own client base by leveraging existing contacts, researching prospects, and actively reaching out to potential clients through calls and emails. 

  • Logistics Management: Coordinate all aspects of the client’s travel experience with our client services team, ensuring everything from aircraft selection to on-the-ground services is seamlessly executed. 

  • Customer Experience Excellence: Deliver exceptional service and anticipate client needs, ensuring each journey is a memorable one and cultivating repeat business. 

  • Collaboration with Operators: Build strong relationships with private jet operators to secure the best aircraft options and ensure service excellence. 

  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly revenue and gross profit goals through diligent follow-ups and strategic client management. 

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Sales Experience: 3-5 years (or more) of proven success in a sales-driven environment, with a track record of building and maintaining client relationships.  

  • Client Focused: Passion for providing exceptional service and delivering a high-touch client experience. 

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics), email marketing, and research tools to engage with potential clients and track performance. Familiarity with Avinode, FlightAware, FlightRadar24, & ADSBexchange a plus but not required.  

  • Self-Motivated: Highly driven with a strong “hunter” mentality and the ability to manage a portfolio of 200-300 clients. 

  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage logistics for a variety of clients and requests. 

  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage high-net-worth clients with professionalism. 

  • Negotiation Skills: Understands the nuances of persuasion, timing, and strategic compromise to close deals, secure favorable terms, and resolve conflicts efficiently. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Aviation or Luxury Travel Experience: Previous experience in private aviation or another luxury service industry.  

  • Sales & Event Planning: Experience in organizing bespoke travel arrangements or coordinating high-end events for VIP clients. 

  • Language Skills: Proficiency in additional languages is a plus,but not required.
