Foothills Landscape Maintenance, LLC is a growing and well established landscape maintenance company based out of Windsor, CO that serves the Northern Colorado area.

A Brief Overview

Under the direction of an Account Manager and supervision of a Lead Irrigation Tech, provide necessary leadership and labor to maintain, repair and install irrigation systems. Other landscape maintenance duties may be required. Snow removal is required in the winter months. Understand and implement company policies and procedures.

What you will do

Diagnose and repair multiple irrigation issues including backflow devices, irrigation start ups and basic clock usage. Install and replace irrigation heads. Clock programming and troubleshooting. Use voltage meters and heavy equipment. Use As-Builds; Call locates

Accurately complete daily work orders and paperwork for entire crew, per established process

Prepares for assigned irrigation work by reviewing requests; gathering tools, equipment, supplies, and materials.

Ends the day by disposing of accumulated debris, replacing tools and equipment, cleaning out and refueling the truck, and turning in paperwork.

Write zone locations for new properties, identifying zones, rotors, pop ups and drip

Assess crew skill levels and assign appropriate jobs to Irrigation Tech I

Instruct and monitor crew in use of tools, equipment and vehicles

Provide on-the-job training and supervision; leading and teaching others. Identifying the developmental needs of others and coaching, mentoring, or otherwise helping others to improve their knowledge or skills.

Implement safety, quality, cleanliness and security guidelines for site, persons and equipment

\*Qualifications*

2 years or more Full time experience in irrigation maintenance, installation or repair Or

1 year or more Full time experience in a position at Foothills Landscape Maintenance, LLC

A strong working knowledge of the tools, materials and practices for irrigation maintenance High

Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills. High

Demonstrated ability to understand customer requirements and provide practical, cost effective solutions. High

Demonstrated ability to develop trusting relationships with customers and crew members. High

An ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with individuals of varied backgrounds. High

The ability to handle multiple and varied responsibilities and to set priorities Medium

The ability as a representative of FLM to project a consistently positive, professional and competent image in all dealings with the employees and public High

DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.54-$28.00 per hour
