Responsibilities
- Current state license as a Physical Therapist or ability to obtain license.
- Responsible for management of clinic operations, overall patient, and employee satisfaction as well as evaluation and treatment of patients
- Oversees clinic staff consisting of another PT and a front office Care Coordinator and coordinates staff vacations, coverage, staff scheduling, and staff management.
- Responsible for financial/fiscal review and analysis of monthly accounting income statements
- Develop relationships with existing/potential referring physicians.
- Ability to lead a clinic, its staff and build relationships with surrounding referral sources and community.
- Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills
- Desire to be a part of a team that emphasizes a service-based culture of excellence and life-long learning.

Qualifications
Required Experience and Skills for Clinic Director (Physical Therapist):
- Terminal Licensed degree from accredited institution; Doctor of Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy preferred
- Unrestricted licensure as a Physical Therapist to practice in applicable State of employment
- Three plus years experience as a therapist; supervisory experience preferred
- Completion of or enrollment in residency training preferred
- Clinical Specialist Board Certification preferred
