POSITION SUMMARY
This position supports the sales team and our awesome retailers. This role collaborates with product procurement, sales and logistics teams to deliver timely information and status updates on customer orders. Purchase order management and communication on any risks in delays that may occur. Frequent communication with buyers at premium retailers throughout the USA.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Tracking and management of customer orders
- Communication of order status with sales team, procurement and logistics as appropriate
- Validation of accuracy of orders and communication/resolution of any disconnects with sales team, procurement and accounts
- Creating and executing all reports needed to inform teams of order status
- Managing inventory holds with sales team
- Assist Frye website with order entry and inventory management
- Validating and communicating all customer compliance needs and changes meeting all account guidelines and requirements
- Efficient and timely execution of all responsibilities
- Professional communication with retailers
- Extensive data entry role
REQUIRED EDUCATION, LICENSURE, AND EXPERIENCE
- 2 years of customer service experience with footwear, apparel or similar field
- Bachelor’s degree in business or communications, or related fields preferred
- Strong experience working with a team and professional and effective communication
- Deep passion for the fashion industry with a keen understanding of customer service
- Strong understanding in Microsoft Business suite and highly proficient in Excel
- Clear understanding of ERP data entry process
- Professional communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Entrepreneurial minded, positive, can-do personality and team player.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work cross-functionally.
PHYSICAL/MENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to carry and lift items weighing up to 25 pounds.
- This position will require sitting for long periods of time, walking, standing, and bending, as well as using fine motor skills, such as finger dexterity for typing or calculator use.
- The person in this position frequently communicates with others. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
- The majority of this job will be spent indoors in a climate-controlled environment.
