Formalwear Outlet in Hillsborough is a family-owned business that offers Formal Attire for both Men and Women as well as Women's Boutique Clothing and Accessories. Our ideal candidate is energetic, intelligent, dedicated, reliable, punctual, detail oriented, willing to learn and have a great outgoing personality. We are looking for a candidate that speaks both English and Spanish Fluently and is looking for an opportunity to grow within this position and adapt to a variety of responsibilities as needed.

The hours for this job are 9am to 5:30pm. Must be able to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, up to 40 Hours per week, including Saturdays (and Sundays as needed during peak season January to May). The scheduled weekdays are to be determined based on the needs of the business.

Responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

• Warmly greeting customers as they arrive
• Assist customers with choosing the appropriate style and size Formal Dress, Suit, Tuxedo or attire and accessories from our Women's Boutique
• Hanging, organizing, tagging & restocking merchandise on sales floor / in stock room
• Keeping the sales floor and stock room neat and presentable
• Sorting / staging / transporting merchandise

Qualifications:

• One year of clothing retail experience preferred with an emphasis on selling.
• An essential function of the job is the ability to move about in a store including standing for an 8 hour shift, walking, kneeling, stooping, climbing ladders, using stairs, carrying, bending, stretching, twisting, reaching, pulling and lifting objects up to 40 pounds. Sometimes these movements are made quickly and repeatedly.
• Able to work cooperatively in a diverse work environment.
• High school degree required. An Associates Degree is preferred.
• Must be Bilingual - Fluent in English and Spanish.
