What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supply Chain Planner position at Forman Technology Group?
We are seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Planner to manage the supply of finished goods from multiple domestic and international vendors. This role involves timely and accurate placement of purchase orders to support our demand plan and company initiatives. You will analyze and optimize inventory levels while maintaining KPIs to support the business goals. Building strong partnerships with both internal and external customers is essential, as you will actively participate in regular S&OP meetings to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the total supply chain.
Key responsibilities include supporting the launch of new products, tracking purchase orders, managing inventory levels, and communicating any delays or issues. You will identify and execute action plans to address E&O inventory and out-of-stock performance, while accurately maintaining master data to drive optimal system performance. Additionally, you will utilize ERP systems and generate ad-hoc reports to suggest and implement continuous improvement processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a planning or purchasing capacity.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Advanced analytics skills with the ability to interpret results and communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with sound judgment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite and DemandCaster preferred).

Pay: $54,149.32 - $65,212.09 per year
