As a Teller, you will be the face of the credit union, providing exceptionalservice while efficiently handling financial transactions. Location:Churubusco, IN
Schedule:Banking hours Monday-Friday, 20-28 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting membersin a friendly and professional manner.
- Process various financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
- Assist memberswith account inquiries, balance inquiries, and other related requests.
- Educate memberson our products and services, including account types, loans, and otherofferings.
- Open and close member accounts and handle any data changes associated with those accounts.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell credit unionproducts and services to meet memberneeds.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and any changes in products or services offered to members.
- Adhere to credit unionpolicies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Required Skills:
- General experience and knowledge with computers and technologicalapplications.
- Ability to communicate effectively, multitask,and solve problems with sound reasoning.
- Perform basic math functions such as add, subtract, multiply, divide, etc.
