It is our mission to seek out and develop employees with exceptional ability. We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our leadership team at our Casting Plant in Ft. Recovery.
Reporting to the QA Manager, the Quality Assurance Supervisor will play a key role in providing administrative, supervision, training and education of our Quality Assurance Associates. Additional areas of focus include:
- Developing new and revising existing policies and procedures in conjunction with the Corporate Quality function
- Monitoring quality concerns, corrective and prevention actions including investigating customer complaints, customer visits, etc.
- Participating in external and internal audits
