FORTUNA REHABILITATION AND WELLNESS CENTER, LP is Hiring a Van Driver Near Fortuna, CA
- Provides transportation of residents to and from physician appointments in a timely manner.
- Provides transportation of current or new residents from hospital after discharge.
- Transports medical records for signatures to medical offices.
- Maintains a high level of safety following safety policies and procedures while in Center and
- Maintains van in good working condition.
- Maintains van in a neat and clean condition at all times.
- Assists in general with Center activities as needed.
- Exchanges information necessary for quality resident care.
- Organizes transportation of residents to complete required appointments based on priority of resident
- Maintains and assists with documentation as required by company policy.
- Presents written/verbal report to the Administrator for all repairs needed.
- Attends all assigned meetings and in-services
- Verbal and written communication in English for business necessity
- State driver’s license without violations
- CPR certification desired
- Nursing home experience preferred
- Presents professional image to consumers through dress, behavior and speech.
- Adheres to company standards for resolving consumer concerns.
- Ensures that all consumer/resident rights are protected.
