The Client Solutions Intern is a support role and a key part of the FHG Client Solutions team. In support of the quarterly goals for each client, this role will communicate with FHG peers to sustain and grow all client relationships and will work closely with leadership to support the growth of our business by building our audiences and influence through storytelling and education on social media platforms.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Research existing clients as requested to ensure Client Solutions team has a thorough understanding of the organizational structure, recent relevant happenings, and new business relationships.
- Attend team meetings, draft and distribute meeting minutes in a timely manner.
- Meet with FHG Logistics Coordinator regularly to ensure priority items are addressed in timely manner.
- Lead social media projects by collaborating with team members to draft, publish and share engaging, informative and appealing content.
- Escalate issues as needed to Vice President Client Solutions.
