We are a locally owned outpatient practice with an experienced and dedicated staff looking to hire a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. This position involves assessing patients' physical conditions, designing tailored treatment plans, and guiding them through therapeutic exercises and interventions to restore mobility, alleviate pain, and prevent future injuries.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' physical abilities and lreview their medical history to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, home exercises, and strategies to prevent injury. .
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
Qualifications
- Doctorate or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current state license to practice as a PT in Massachusetts.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics and sports rehabilitation.
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
