Why We Are Hiring for This Role

To establish a financial strategy that supports scaling hardware production and prepares us for Series A funding and beyond.
To implement financial controls, systems, and reporting structures that align with the demands of high-growth hardware production and complex supply chains.
To drive cost efficiency, capital management, and long-term financial planning, ensuring we scale intelligently while meeting operational milestones.

What Kind of Person We Are Looking For :

Proven track record as CFO or senior finance executive in hardware manufacturing or robotics companies.

Experience with financial planning for hardware production, including inventory management, capital expenditures, and supply chain complexities.

Skilled in fundraising and investor relations, especially with pre-Series A and Series A venture funding.

Strong understanding of manufacturing cost structures, margin analysis, and pricing strategy for high-tech products.

Excellent leadership skills with experience building and mentoring finance teams in high-growth environments.

Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and managing P&L, ideally with experience in ERP and other finance systems relevant to manufacturing.

Background in handling cash flow management and budget allocation in fast-paced environments.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
