Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive calendar of innovative, tailored events that reflect the unique identity of FoundersCard and its membership profile.
- Collaborate with the executive team to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic direction and brand identity.
- Event Planning and Production:
- Oversee the planning, production, and execution of all member events, ensuring they are memorable and resonate with the FoundersCard community
- Source and collaborate with vendors, venues, and talent to deliver high-quality, bespoke experiences.
- Content Creation:
- Develop high-quality content derived from member events, including event recaps, video highlights, and other media that capture the essence and value of each experience.
- Work with internal and external teams to distribute event content across relevant channels to enhance member engagement and brand visibility.
- Community Engagement:
- Create, curate, and execute events that foster a sense of community and belonging among members.
- Stay attuned to cultural trends and the interests of local creative communities to ensure events are relevant and impactful.
- Performance Measurement:
- Analyze the success of events using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as attendance, member feedback, and engagement metrics.
- Provide recommendations for continuous improvement based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in event planning, production, and strategy, preferably within the hospitality or creative industries.
- Strong understanding of local creative communities, cultural trends, and event production.
- Demonstrated ability to create, curate, and execute memorable events that align with brand identity and community values.
- Experience in creating and managing high-quality event content, including video and written media.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.

- This role is in-office full time. Our office is in Midtown Manhattan
- This role will include travel up to 20% of the time The compensation range for this role is $175k - $225k
