Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Breakfast Buffet Supervisor to oversee our breakfast operations and Banquet Hostess in a dynamic hospitality environment. Duties
- Manage all aspects of breakfast and banquet services, including food preparation, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise kitchen staff during breakfast hours, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety are maintained.
- Conduct staff training sessions on food safety protocols, cooking techniques, and customer service best practices.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement seasonal breakfast menus that appeal to guests.
- Oversee inventory management for breakfast supplies, including ordering and maintaining stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new kitchen staff as needed.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the food industry, preferably in a casual dining or banquet setting.
