Mentor and lead a team of trainers in providing exceptional training in the operations of Fourteen Foods restaurants. Essential Functions:Collaborate with Operations leadership to assess training needs companywide Lead a team of regional trainers to implement trainingFacilitate a team environment and expectation of personal and professional growthManage training schedule for storesEnsure trainers are training effective management techniquesWork with trainers to drive key training initiatives that help support the company goalsWork with regional trainers to ensure the stores have all necessary tools and resources needed to successfully train all new employeesProvide oversight to trainers and trainees throughout, on how to operate a Dairy Queen restaurant including how to cook and prepare food, portion sizes, running the register, opening, and closing procedures, how to identify theft, making bank deposits, crew training material and customer complaint resolutionDesign and implement, along with your team, all training aspects of new store openings leading up to opening day, on opening day, and thereafterOther Duties as assigned Qualifications: A minimum of 10 years of proven experience in a teaching, training, or leadership positionAbility to meet and exceed expectations within a fast-paced work environmentStrong management and organizational skillsExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsSolid time management and organizational skills SERV Safe Proctor/InstructorWilling to travel 75% of work hours Preferred Qualifications: Restaurant or retail marketing experienceFranchise business experiencePrevious experience in the Training Field of Quick Serve RestaurantsWork Environment:This job operates in a professional, hybrid work environment. It will be based out of our offices in Franklin, TN. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.
