Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Key Holder/Manager to join our team. You will assist the Owner/Store Manager in overseeing operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and offering a quality product. Other Responsibilities Include:
- Assist the Store Manager/Owner in managing all aspects of the store, including sales, inventory control, and employee supervision
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive experience
- Handle cash register operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS system management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and loss prevention
- Assist in scheduling employees to ensure adequate staffing levels and optimal customer service
- Assist with payroll processing and maintain accurate records of employee attendance
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food service and/or customer service is required
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales goals
- Strong knowledge of cash register operations and inventory control procedures
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and customer service
- Proficient in using POS systems and other software applications
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
