Responsibilities
- Oversee People Management processes, including Employee Relations, Recruitment, Benefits, HRMS, and communications.
- Drive leadership agenda, performance culture, and continuous improvement.
- Attract, develop, and retain top talent while ensuring a strong internal talent pipeline.
- Enhance leadership engagement in People Management and maintain agile organizational design.
- Promote learning, collaborate with HR teams, and implement change management strategies.
- Develop compensation strategies, safeguard labor relations, and lead diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Behavioral Science, or related field.
- 10 years in HR roles, with at least 5 in senior or regional HR management.
- Expertise in local HR standards, legal matters, and federal, state, and local laws.
- Experience aligning global HR strategies with local plans, HR transformations, and digitalization.
- Fluent in English; additional regional languages (e.g., French/Spanish/Portuguese) are highly desirable.
- Proficient in HR software (SuccessFactors preferred) and experience in multi-site organizations, especially in mining, warehouse, or manufacturing sectors.
Salary : $125,000 - $135,000
