Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role as a Retail Key Holder at francesca’s® located in Lafayette, IN. The Key Holder will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to ensuring the store's success, including opening and closing duties, supervising staff, providing exceptional customer service, and driving retail sales.
Qualifications
- Product Knowledge, Retail Sales, and Customer Experience skills
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles
- Knowledge of fashion trends and a passion for the retail industry
- Ability to multitask and handle challenging situations with ease
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
