Overview

The Village at Victory Lakes, is a part of Franciscan Ministries, is hiring for an Administrator (LNHA) for our Skilled Nursing Facility. The Administrator leads and manages the Health Care Facility in accordance with resident needs, government regulations and Franciscan mission and policy while achieving business and financial objectives. This position is also responsible for inspections and surveys, resident assessment and chairs various committees within the organization. We currently have a full time position available.

Location: The Village at Victory Lakes, 1055 E Grand Ave, Lindenhurst, IL 60046 - – approx. 8 miles from Six Flags in Gurnee, IL

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handling day to day operations of Skilled Nursing Facility
• Working directly with clinical interdisciplinary team, residents and other levels of care in the community to deliver the best outcome for our residents, families and associates
• Supervises Director of Nursing, Social Services, Life Enrichment, MDS, Administrative Assistants, Admissions/Marketing and Medical Records
• Works on Quality Improvement initiatives
• Physical and Financial oversight of Skilled Nursing Facility
• Promote and respect the dignity and well-being of each resident and their family

Required skills and qualifications:

• Bachelors in business or a healthcare related degree
• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Illinois
• Minimum of five year’s experience in a healthcare setting, knowledge of state, federal and OSHA regulations for long-term care facilities.
• Ability to work in fast paced environment
• Must enjoy working with the senior population
