Responsibilities
•Support the Law Firm Administrator in the day-to-day operations of the firm;
•Assist with the following Human Resources functions: recruitment, onboarding, and training;
•Assist with distribution and association of documents utilizing client management software;
•Provide support to legal assistants and case managers as directed by Law Firm Administrator;
•Provide back-up to mailroom and reception functions;
•Maintain a clean, safe environment;
•Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
•College Degree in a related field or AA plus 3 years of relevant work;
•Demonstrated work experience and successful track record hiring and training employees;
•Minimum of 2 years of office work experience or demonstrated interest in the law;
•Must have strong computer skills with demonstrated experience;
•Progressive level of responsibility in previous positions;
•Bilingual - English/Spanish or English/Creole is a .
