Retail Sales Associate

Fred's Appliance is looking for experience sales staff to join their clearance centers! Sales of major home appliances. Sales Professionals are responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting work environment in addition to selling.

Compensation: Earn between $42,000 and $82,000 annually including bonus.

Job responsibilities include:

• Assist customers and complete sales orders.
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
• Answer phones and respond to website inquiries
• Some light lifting and cleaning
• Remain responsible for paperwork and payments handled/collected
• Attend your shift on time

• Ability to read, write and understand English
• Communicate concisely and effectively
• Excellent organizational skills

Qualifications:

• Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must agree to follow procedures and abide by policies set forth by Fred's
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Must have a desire to provide world class customer service.
