Live Sales Host

We are seeking a dynamic Live Sales Host to join our team. This vital role focuses on delivering a high standard of customer service to the online customer. On the job training is part of the role development. The Live Sales Host works with live sales events to promote the brand and our products. As part of our team, you’ll be able to learn, progress, and grow within the company.

• Handling items on camera and providing information on each item enthusiastically and clearly
• Engaging with the customer in a professional manner
• Maintaining and cleaning work area responsibly
• Performing tasks related to live stream as needed
• Sorting, organizing, and packaging of inventory
• Moving quickly and efficiently between tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Performing all operational procedures accurately, following existing policies
• Additional duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or GED
• Two years of related experience in Retail/Online Sales
• Computer Proficiency, including Google Suite

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Problem-solving skills & general math skills (ability to use a calculator for basic computation)
• Ability to go with the flow and changing dynamic of a live show and changes in consumer wants and behaviors
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able and motivated to manage priorities and workflow
• Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams

• May involve close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment and requires working with multiple computer screens and programs simultaneously for extended periods.
• Must be able to sit for up to eight hours per day, type on the computer for several hours a day, talk on the phone frequently throughout the day, stand for up to 8 hours at events or offsite venues, and climb stairs multiple times throughout the day
• Must be able to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used in the workplace
• Must be able to pass a background check and substance screening
