Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and deliver on the market’s budget and plan, managing P&L, performance, and overall growth
- Multi-site team management experience - you will oversee 10 branches across Texas
- Build and retain a skilled team while cultivating a strong talent pipeline
- Ensure market strategy and resources (tools, talent, equipment) are effectively deployed across branches
- Drive employee engagement, safety, compliance, and talent development
- Lead organizational change initiatives and effectively communicate priorities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners
What We’re Looking For
- An individual who has managed P&L's of a minimum of 75 million
- Multi-site team management experience - you will oversee 10 branches across Texas
- A Bachelor’s Degree, Masters, MBA or equivalent combination of experience and skills
- Extensive experience leading in a matrixed environment within a service-oriented business
- 5 years of experience managing a market or area of a service business, including P&L responsibility
- Proven ability to lead geographically dispersed teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in sales and client relationship management
- Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation capabilities
- A self-starter with a proven ability to identify needs and generate solutions

- Travel required up to 25-50% of the time (depending on your location in TX)
