DESCRIPTION :
Established in 2012, we are a transportation company comprised of talented and driven individuals that have worked tirelessly to provide a quality experience for our drivers and customers. We are seeking a motivated and reliable Trailer Mechanic to join our team servicing 53’ Dry Van and Temperature Controlled trailers. This position is on-site in Tinley Park, IL.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :
- Perform preventative maintenance on all trailer components including brakes, lights, wheel seals and suspension
- Perform DOT trailer inspections
- Perform minor electrical repairs
- Perform minor bodywork
- Inspect and replace tires
- Maintain a clean work area
- Additional duties / work as needed
