We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Overnight Baker (Commissary Associate) to join our production team! As an Overnight Baker, you will play a crucial role in preparing, assembling, and packaging food items while ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. - Shift will be from 12am to 8am.
- Prepare, assemble, and package food products according to commissary guidelines.
- Follow instructions for food preparation and recipe recreation accurately.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with sanitation, ServSafe, and safety requirements.
- Wash dishes and perform daily cleaning tasks as needed.
- Understand and adhere to health, safety, and food policy standards.
- Perform additional duties and tasks as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
- Previous cook or kitchen experience with laminated pastries preferred.
- Basic culinary skills required.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and meet operational guidelines.
