Job Description SummaryThe Condensation Technician is responsible for recognizing, identifying, communicating and documenting areas of condensation in the plant. They serve as an important supporting member of the Production Team and Food Safety Team.

Job Description
- Responsible for recognizing, identifying, communicating and documenting areas of condensation in the plant.
- Responsible for remaining vigilant in the pursuit and removal of condensation from all areas of the plant.
- Responsible for maintaining condensation equipment and tracking disposal requirements
- Responsible for helping to enforce GMP rules
- Perform other duties as required or assigned
- Identifies cross contamination risks as it relates to condensation
- Reinforces area practices that promote a safe work environment with peers and team
- Reinforces area practices that promote GMP adherence and food safety with peers and team
- Encourages peer employees to maintain work areas well-organized, clean and safe with everything properly stored or staged
- Completes paperwork adequately without error
- Identifies process improvement opportunities within area of assignment
