Fresh Smiles is Hiring a Dental Receptionist Near Plymouth Meeting, PA

Hi! We are hiring a dental receptionist for our growing general dental practice. This is a FT position with a schedule of 8a-5p M-TH and 8a-2p FRI. At our practice, the receptionist position also handles insurance coordinator duties, so we are looking for someone with experience working with PPO dental insurance. Customer service skills, people skills, and professionalism are critical for this role. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask and handle scheduling, answering phones/email, and checking in/out patients. You will also need to be able to calculate copays, review treatment plans with patients, take payments, and read incoming EOBs. Our front team has 2-3 people working together on these tasks so you must be a team player and be able to thrive in a team environment.

We are looking for a minimum of 2 years experience for this position.
