What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kitchen Assembly Team Lead position at FreshRealm Talent Acquisition Team?
The starting pay for this position is $23.00. This position is onsite at our Tracy, CA location.
FreshRealm is looking for Kitchen Associates that will receive produce & raw foods, assemble, ship, label, and/or package foods to customers using manual assembly and IT equipment. Follow all safety and health standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for training of new hires and/or temporary Associates
Owns execution of SOPs and holds Associates accountable; escalates discrepancies to Supervisor when necessary
Owns the safety of the team, ensures that all Associates are in a safe working environment 100% of the time
By owning the team’s quality standards, ensure that we send out a quality product to our customers
Assist Supervisor with development of the team and assist with training of critical roles.
Motivate and challenge the team to achieve and exceed daily performance goals
Engage and show respect to associates on a daily basis. Build team morale to drive productivity and quality standards
QualificationsSkills and Requirements:
Clear and concise communicator, verbal and written
Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
Flexible availability; we work night and weekend shifts
Must be willing and able to work overtime as required
1-2 years of entry-level managerial leadership experience in a food production or warehouse environment
