About the Role :
You'll play a crucial part in maintaining and processing a wide range of financial information and budget-related functions. Your responsibilities will include :
- Processing accounts payables and receivables
- Posting entries to the General Ledger
- Maintaining the petty cash fund
- Assisting in independent financial audits
- Preparing and maintaining procedure manuals
- Traveling to the County of Fresno to process receipts and checks
- Assisting in District payroll functions
