Key Responsibilities

• Lead the operations of multiple restaurant locations
• Develop and implement strategies for revenue and sales growth
• Oversee the training and development of restaurant managers and staff to ensure the highest standards of service
• Manage budgets and ensure operational efficiency and profitability
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws
  
  

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the restaurant industry
• Proven ability to lead and manage operations across multiple locations
• Expertise in full P&L management
• Strong leadership skills, with a focus on team development and operational excellence
  
  

Location: Multiple states, including Texas, Colorado, and New Mexico.
