Warehouse Manager
Responsibilities
- Lead department by identifying standard work procedures; prepare work schedules and expedite workflow in a safe yet efficient manner
- Audit work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.
- Maintain harmony among workers and ensure employee compliance to company policies.
- Monitor shipping department productivity. Ensure 100% on time delivery to customer request date if product is available. Continuous Improvement of all processes by striving to reduce wasted movement.
- Manage scheduling and unloading of all incoming containers.
Qualifications
- College degree or 5 years relevant experience
