Job Position: Seam Sealer

Location: Asheville, NC 28806

Pay Rate: $15.00/hr

Shift: 1st 6a-4:30p M-Th

Are you a detail-oriented team player with great hand-eye coordination? Join our team as a Seam Sealer Operator, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring the quality and craftsmanship of our EWOL parkers.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate the seam sealer machine to properly seal all seams of the EWOL parker, ensuring tape is perfectly centered and seams are smooth without puckers or pleats.

• Make necessary repairs to maintain product quality, whether identified by you, the supervisor, or the inspection team.

• Follow vendor recommendations for the operation and maintenance of seam-sealing equipment.

• Proactively report product or procedural issues to your supervisor.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Provide support to other departments as time and skills allow.

• Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required.

• Take on other duties as assigned to support the success of the team.
