Job Summary
Friends Fellowship Community, Inc., a not-for-profit retirement community, is looking to hire a full time Receptionist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all the day-to-day responsibilities in our main office. Which include answering the phone, greeting residents and visitors, and some basic clerical duties.
Requirements
Successful candidates must have excellent customer service experience and be able to greet visitors, residents and staff and handle their requests in a friendly and professional manner. Must have some basic general office knowledge and be available to work every other Saturday for approximately 2 hours to sort and distribute mail.
- Previous experience in a office setting is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
