To provide clinical direction of services to a child, youth or young adult, develop and revise the Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP), oversight of the implementation of the ITP and consultation with a childs, youths or young adults treatment team regarding the ITP. For BA position requires application of ABA based assessments and interventions and the development of behavior plans which include teaching methods for caregivers, teachers, BHT-ABAs and other relevant stakeholders.
- Responsible to provide clinical treatment as indicated in the child, youth or young adults ITP across assigned caseload for hours indicated monthly.
- Responsible for utilizing applicable evidence based assessment and treatment protocols and intervention to address presenting problems across targeted goals and objectives.
- Responsible for identifying resources and clinical problems that require other professionals and or service entities and collaborating with ABA Clinical Director to assist the client with access.
- Responsible for providing clinical support and guidance to treatment members which includes training on specific concepts and interventions in order to transfer skill.
- Responsible to maintain consistent and effective communication across team members and document communication.
- Responsible for independent management of time, schedule and coordination of team members when necessary.
- Responsible for timely and accurate completion of encounter forms and clinical documentation in the Electronic Health System to confirm the completion of scheduled appointments within the stated time frames of the Department.
- Responsible for maintaining client records in accordance with good clinical practice, scheduling, and sharing periodic treatment conferences for each child to the treatment team.
- Responsible for completing and generating client assessments and treatment plan reports that are in the agency format written with clinical efficacy and accuracy.
- Responsible to be the coordinating person for each childs treatment plan including ensuring regular updates and the quality of each report.
- Responsible for maintaining competency within scope of practice via continuing education and supervision as scheduled by the ABA Clinical Director.
- Be a Licensed Psychologist, Professional Counselor (LPC), Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT). Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Behavior Specialist (LBS) or Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CNRP) AND have a BCBA or other graduate-level certification in behavior analysis
- Other: Current FBI Clearance, Child Abuse Clearance, PA Criminal History Check, Valid Drivers License.
- Other: Must be able to pass a Pre-employment Physical and Drug Test.
