In this role as the Trade Show Coordinator, you know that every day is different, which is why you need to know how to:
- Manage end to end process of trade shows
- Serve as project manager for all shows including collaborative booth design, set -up, strike and ship
- Organize special purchases, and maintain schedules for collection of materials
- Organize and manage promotional items and marketing materials inventory
- Create regular performance reports for events and other marketing efforts
- Coordinate with Digital Marketing for all trade show promotion
- Keep calendar and spreadsheet of all planned shows
- Order all products needed for all events including special requests
- Manage procurement and disbursements of all Trade Show collateral materials including brochures and swag
You will report to the CEO and work out of our corporate office in Bismarck, ND. This is not a remote position.
Tradeshow Specifics:
- Plan and execute all Regional and National trade shows annually
- Participate in both trade show booth design and warehouse pre-build
- Attend trade shows to build on site as needed
- Participate in trade show planning and budgeting
- Coordinate and book all travel including air & hotel
- Coordinate all advertising for trade shows
- Organize and manage promotional items and marketing materials inventory
- Complete ordering for all required show deadlines
- Coordinate shipping, with tracking follow up
- Schedule material handling
- Coordinate all vendors and services needed for trade show completion
- Work with Marketing on campaign management including all advertising and e-blasts, both pre-show and post show ROI and KPI tracking
- Other miscellaneous duties as requested by Manager, Executive Team or Company including assisting in other areas of marketing or other areas of the company such as photoshoots, product photography
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $47,500.00 - $55,000.00 per year
