Job Summary:
We’re seeking dedicated and physically capable Landscaping Laborers to join our team. This is a hands-on, labor-intensive role that requires stamina, strength, and a love for working outdoors with plants. Prior experience in landscaping, is REQUIRED.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying materials up to 50 lbs regularly, in various outdoor weather conditions.
- Complete a range of landscaping duties such as planting, trimming, mowing, and maintaining gardens and lawns, with a strong emphasis on organic and sustainable practices.
- Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely, ensuring efficiency while adhering to proper usage guidelines.
- Engage in hardscape installation projects, such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls, requiring both physical endurance and attention to detail.
- Execute tasks according to detailed project plans and specifications, delivering high-quality results that meet client expectations.
- Work closely with team members to maintain a strong, collaborative environment, completing physically demanding projects on schedule and in alignment with organic standards.
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards on job sites to ensure a hazard-free work environment for all.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients to provide project updates and address any issues that arise.
Qualifications:
- MUST HAVE GREAT ATTITUDE :)
- Previous experience in landscaping is required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
- Must have reliable transportation to travel to job sites.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and sustainability.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
