As an entry level Customer Engagement Associate, you will be instrumental in driving revenue and expanding our clients’ customer bases. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Engage directly with potential, former, and current customers to introduce our clients’ mission and close sales
- Manage and oversee individual client accounts, ensuring accurate records, timely updates, and proactive resolution of any issues or concerns
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing business and customer satisfaction
- Assess customer needs and present appropriate solutions during the sales process to meet their specific requirements
- Execute the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients and customers alike
- Collaborate with Management and fellow entry level Customer Engagement Associates to provide valuable insights into customer preferences, market trends, and sales data
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets to contribute to the company's growth objectives
Entry Level Customer Engagement Associate Skills:
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales, Hospitality or a related field is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed goals
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to our Cincinnati location and the ability to meet directly with our clients
